"I have had state farm for years and I love their policies, usually. This particular office is horrible with communication, costing me way more than I should have to pay. The cost for me now is over $400. It's like they deliberately don't tell you everything so when your next bill comes, you have astronomical fees again. Sad to say, Ive been with state farm for so very long, but it's time to say goodbye."
